"BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS®" CREATES A PARTNERSHIP FOR QUALITY AND SUCCESS
Stair Parts Designs Special Program to Assist Dealers, Builders and Architects Satisfy Homeowner Demand for Hallmark Staircases
MARIETTA, GA - It's called "Blueprint for Success®" and it's designed to build winning partnerships for dealers, builders and architects with one of the leading stair component designers and manufacturers in the United States.
"Blueprint for Success® is our innovative program to help our dealers build proactive, supportive and solution-focused relationships with builders, architects and designers," said Cheryl Dornenburg, Marketing Manager for Stair Parts, based in Marietta, Georgia. "With Stair Parts' wide selection of styles and designs, this new program will help streamline design choices and installations, creating a culture of expertise, efficiency and success - a win-win situation for dealers, architects, designers and installers. Of course, the real winner is the homeowner who wants a unique, distinctive and expertly designed staircase - the hallmark of their home."
Blueprint for Success® is actually a set of tools to help dealers serve their clients more effectively while increasing their product and technical knowledge; the result is an increase in their potential for profitability. The program is based on solutions support and provides the manufacturer's commitment to help dealers build lasting value and customer loyalty.
The program includes a full-line brochure with color photographs of full staircases and details of the various products and styles to help homeowners visualize particular installations in their homes. It also features line drawings of the various components with measurements and product numbers to assist designers in selecting the product style that best meets the various elements of post-to-post or over-the-post stair design, as well as providing architecturally correct stair construction. In addition, individual specification sheets have been created for each line, including more detailed product specifications.
A separate technical manual for dealers, builders and installers deals with specific installation questions, challenges and procedures, including the various design options of each line. It features detailed drawings of staircase systems, identifies various component usages, and provides highly detailed component specifications, so that architects, builders and installers will be able to visualize design application, problem-solving capabilities and creative design opportunities.
"Installing staircases is an art, requiring a high level of technical expertise, and we realize that our end-user builders and installers are true craftsmen working in the field," Dornenburg said. "That's why we've created this technical manual … to help everyone do the most efficient job throughout the process of design, ordering and installation. The result is that Stair Parts will continue to lead the industry in innovation and design while providing our dealers with the tools to assist the building industry in creating the finest staircases in the industry."
